The purpose of this site is to provide information about me, and my role at Suntrust Mortgage Company.

I ask your help in solving the greatest challenge facing the mortgage market in 20 years: restore liquidity to the non- conforming residential mortgage market.

It's a big problem: there is little liquidity in the jumbo non-conforming market for loans > $417,000.  If you want to buy or sell a more expensive house, many fewer buyers qualify for a loan, despite the artifically low rates imposed by the Fed.

Securitization is no longer best execution, and no one knows what will replace it.

My job at Suntrust Mortgage is to find investors for these larger high quality loans.
